Shipping

Orders typically take 5 to 7 business days to be delivered to West Malaysia, and 7 to 10 business days to East Malaysia. Customers will receive an order confirmation email and can track their package online. Please note that customers are responsible for checking the status of their order upon ordering after receiving the order confirmation email. Free shipping will be provided for any purchase above RM 299.00, and your order will be shipped through our logistics partner.

Returns

Kindly be advised that certain goods/products may be eligible for return and refund within 7 days of purchase, as determined by various factors such as product content, usage guidelines, shelf life, expiry time, storage conditions, and other related characteristics. Please note that the return and refund policies may differ for each good/product. At Finestlife, we are committed to providing our customers with the best quality goods/products, and this policy is one of the measures we take to ensure that commitment.

• Ensure that the goods/products are in their original condition and accompanied by the original receipt.
• Packaging or labelling shall also be in the original state per the original shipping container received.
• Goods/products that have been used, tampered with, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
• Finestlife will not be responsible if your shipment of goods/products is lost during the return transit.

Once we have inspected, checked and confirmed the returned goods/products, customers will receive their refund within 5 to 7 working days.
